The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered or agreed orally or in writing, or if a promise was no longer possible due to time constraints.
The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.
A free cancellation of the booked room is possible up to 6 weeks before arrival. Thereafter, default costs of 80% can be claimed in the event of non-use, provided that compensation is not possible. This also applies to late arrivals.
In order to save you unpleasant cancellation costs if the trip does not start, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and, if necessary, early cancellation insurance.
The hotelier is held in good faith to allocate rooms that have not been used to the extent possible, in order to avoid breakdowns.
Arrival and departure: The reserved rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12 a.m. on the day of departure.
Suggestion for dog owners: Please inquire in good time, as we only provide a limited number of rooms with pets. We charge 10.00 euros per day for each dog.
You can pay your invoice with us in cash, by EC card or in advance by bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.
All rooms are equipped with a bath or shower / toilet, satellite TV, WiFi, telephone, hairdryer, radio and CD player. All rooms are non-smoking.
Our arrangements and offers are only valid for a limited number of rooms and for a certain period.
